mensho tokyo sf

I haven’t had a ton of ramen in SF, but I have in NYC and Chicago. This is my #2 anywhere. High Five Ramen (Chicago) takes it for me. Anyway, Mensho is tremendous and worth a bit of a wait - say 30 min or so. I appreciate it for packing soooome spice.
